Homming
AI-powered FamilyTech that helps globally dispersed families stay connected, care for one another, and preserve what matters across generations.
I make technology feel more human, more joyful, and more connected. Currently building Homming, an AI-powered FamilyTech venture for the relationships families most want to protect.
For 25 years, I’ve designed the places where people meet: social MMO worlds, avatars, creative tools, learning communities, and now family technology.
My path has moved between Korea and the U.S., industry and community, playful experiments and serious care. The thread is simple: I’m drawn to technology that helps people form, sustain, and deepen meaningful relationships.
I’m also studying gerontology at USC and working in Korean-community outreach for the City of Bellevue. Both keep my founder work close to real lives, not abstract “users.”
AI-powered FamilyTech that helps globally dispersed families stay connected, care for one another, and preserve what matters across generations.
Intercultural learning experiences for youth, families, immigrants, and diaspora communities across the U.S. and Korea.
Not AI that keeps us staring at AI. AI that helps us ask a better question, hear an old story, and call someone we love.
Designing social virtual worlds before “metaverse” was a business term. This is where I learned that systems shape how people relate.
Led an AI-powered 3D avatar video app from its first wireframe to launch across 23 countries, with 1,000+ ways to make an avatar your own.
Led the pivot from consumer social and video creation to enterprise conversational AI, including a reusable RAG chatbot platform.
Applying everything I’ve learned about social systems to the most universal one: family.
